The exterior design includes a spacious aft deck with a bar, sun lounge and customizable cinema screen. The Flybridge of this yacht is the largest in existence compared to all other yachts in its category. There is very good protection against wind at high speeds.
The interior of the Gladiator 961 Speed
The design of this yacht is made by Cristiano Gatto. He designed it to emphasize comfort and personalization of the interior.
The first deck is equipped with a panoramic lounge with a huge sofa with a television hidden in the bar. While the second deck offers numerous layout possibilities, including a master suite spanning the entire width of the Gladiator. This design creates a huge following. All materials used are selected for their superior quality. In addition, this offers the choice of completely unlimited and unique decoration.
The performance of this yacht
This Luxury Yacht can reach speeds close to 50 knots, even with this 29.22 meters / 96′. Nothing was left out during the engineering phases of the Gladiator 961 Speed:
- The shell is made from a lamination of E-glass and vinyl ester resin using an infusion process.
- The deck and superstructure are made of vacuum-packed carbon fiber. Allowing the weight of the yacht to be optimized.
- All cabin floors are structural and made of vacuum E-Glass with Airex ® coring to also reduce weight, eliminate squeaks and increase rigidity.
- The interior furniture is produced in-house and made of lightweight materials such as high-density polyurethane foam or composite and aluminum honeycomb.
- The crampons are made of titanium and forged carbon fiber.
Motorization
The Gladiator 961 Speed is available with two different power groups:
- Two MTU ® 16V 2000M96L 2600 HP engines,
- Three 2000 HP MAN ® V12 engines.
In both cases, the engines are coupled to Surface Drives equipped with Auto-Trim and Auto-Flaps computers allowing them to electronically reach, at a given speed, the best tab and trim settings optimizing fuel consumption.
