The Gladiator 571 Blade is a cutting-edge day cruiser built with a blend of classic design and innovative features.
This 57-foot yacht boasts impressive performance with multiple engine options, exceeding 50 knots. Surprisingly spacious for a day cruiser, the Blade offers a tender garage, a protective windshield and the ability to customize the interior.
The design of the Gladiator 571 Blade
The design is the result of a collaboration between Canados Engineering and Roman design firm Satura Studio. They reinvented the design of the Gladiator 493, while maintaining the family style. In addition it includes new features such as the inverted sofa above the bathing platform, armchairs integrated into the foredeck or even a hardtop designed in one piece.
The performance
The Gladiator 571 Blade will be able to reach a speed of 37 knots / 43 mph with just two MAN 850 HP engines and up to 50 knots depending on the engine. It is planned to offer this model with three different propulsions:
- Line of trees,
- Surface trees
- Outboard
Hull tank tests were carried out at 30, 35, 40, 50, 55 and well beyond 60 knots to ensure that maneuverability was optimized regardless of speed.
The materials
The Gladiator 571 Blade is constructed entirely of vacuum E-Glass and all components are carbon fiber. The real quest is to achieve the best level of finesse, comfort and efficiency of the hull. What Canados does not find among its A+ suppliers, then they manufacture it to measure. Thus, the Gladiator 571 is entirely painted in Awlgrip ®.
Canados has chosen for its interior style a very large number of wood species, fabrics, materials and decors for your boat. This allows you to personalize it and make it unique in the world. Even in their standard version, the Gladiator 571 Blade is offered with three different layouts, at no extra cost.
